Blade: Wyvern Gale

Weight: 31.9 (LOW END) - 32.2g (HIGH END)

Design: Wyvern Gale is a four-sided blade with a smooth surface and sharp edges. 

• Attack VS Attack: If you plan to use WyvernGale against other attackers it has properties to do decent destabilization to out spin and win. However, be mindful that it has a gap that can get in the way of the performance, causing it to burst and lose. 

• Stamina VS Attack: WyvernGale if it is used on a 9-60 ratchet or a 5-60 ratchet will do pretty exceptional being able to either tank or potentially to destabilize the attacker. WyvernGale has properties similar to KnightShield, where it can fly around the stadium. This can allow Wyvern to outspin its opponents or get KOd and perish, there is no real in-between. 

• Defence VS Attack: Similarly, Wyvern could be used for defence, although any BEYBLADE that can target ratchets like SharkEdge should be approached with caution; otherwise, you will lose. 

Strengths: 

• Stamina: Wyvern has very high stamina and is able to destabilize opponents so even if a Blade could potentially be better than it, it can luck out by using hard recoil from the blade to destabilize them and win. 

• Sharp Blade: There can be random times when Wyvern could cut an opponent forcing them to Burst or get KO'd. 

Weaknesses:

• Gap: Wyvern like any Beyblade with a gap is more susceptible to a Burst, it is highly recommended to ONLY use Wyvern on 60 or lower heights. 

• Weight: The blade has low weight and has awkward weight distribution.

• Recoil Release: Like other certain blades due to the fact it has heavy recoil the blade can cause the ratchet to release the bit causing yourself to lose to a burst.

Gameplan: On setups with low height on any aggressive bit that can get speed, like Flat Taper, you must hard launch and aim to defeat your opponent quickly.

Attack: Wyvern Gale 9-60/5-60/3-60 Rush/Taper

Stamina: Wyvern Gale 9-60/5-60/ Ball/Orb/Glide

Defense: Wyvern Gale 9-60 / 5-60 Needle/HighNeedle

Ratchet: 5-80

Weight: 7.2g

• Design: 5-80 is a ratchet that has 5 sides and a tall height, the contact areas for the ratchet are 5 somewhat wide points.

Strengths: 

• Stamina: Generally due to the shape and its OWD (outwards weight distribution) it can have greater stamina than other ratchets giving Beyblades more balance.

• Defense: Due to being 5 sided and thick, this ratchet has some of the best defense out of all the ratchets and only really is worse than 9 sides due to how 9 sides is exposed. 

Weakness:

• Tall Height: It is important to note that being tall in the case of 5-80 does not mean pure weakness however it means to be careful how you launch.

Bit: GearBall 

Weight: 2.1g

• Design: GearBall is a Beyblade X bit with low burst resistance and a large semi-sphere on the bottom. 

Strengths:

• General High Stamina: The Ball bit due to its design of semi sphere is currently the best bit to use for pure stamina in Beyblade X.

• Counter Movement: If launched correctly similar to a point gear ball can be used to do have movement that can fight back against whatever Beyblade it is up against to KO them or Xtreme.

Weaknesses:

• KO Risk: Due to shape not being something that can really grip the stadium it can easily be KO'd costing you big points.

• Gimmick failure?: Since the bit has low burst resistance and it is focused on fast movement it forces this bit to just die easily to Burst Finish and not be as consistent as you want. At BEST, you can have this used for pure stamina battles as opposed to any attack stuff. It can just perish too much to be considered.

Gameplan:

• Somewhat tilted angle shoot and throw: To maximize the effectiveness of this Bit, you can employ a slight angle and throw the Beyblade on the opposing side from where you launch. This is to avoid knockouts and to conserve stamina. 

• Needs a STRONG shoot to be consistent.
