Blade: Unicorn Sting

Weight: 32.8g (LOW END) - 33.0g (HIGH END)

• Design: Two-sided blade with a strong circular curve, one side is very aggressive the other side is very smooth.

• Smash Attack: Capable of strong smash attack when the blade hits other opposing blades.

•  Attack VS Attack performance: In an attack vs. attack (AVA) matchup, Unicorn Sting has high stamina that can help outlast other attackers while still giving a strong blow. Due to the smooth side as well it can also tank strong hits to live until the end.

• Attack VS Defense/Stamina: Unicorn Sting has very strong Smash Attack that can allow it to defeat defense and or stamina thrown up against it.

• Unicorn Sting on Stamina/Defense: When used on stamina or defence combinations, Unicorn Sting has high stamina due to its circular shape and good weight distribution. Not only that but it can tank hard hits.

Strengths:

• Multi-Purpose Use: Being a balance blade it is sometimes pretty rare that it can be more than one type of use but Unicorn Sting can be used on stamina, defense and attack combinations.

• Impact Cut: Sometimes on the more aggressive side Unicorn can just impact cut a Beyblade and hard recoil KO them or smash into them causing destabilization.

Weaknesses:

• Gap: Unicorn like any Beyblade with a gap is more susceptible to a Burst, it is highly recommended to ONLY use Unicorn on 60 or lower heights. 

Overall: Unicorn Sting offers a blade with mixed potential of all types similar to other blades that can have this specific use but it is a multi-purpose jack of all trades. It can do defence, attack and stamina all of which are done in success.

Gameplan: On setups with low height on any aggressive bit that can get speed, like Flat Taper, you must hard launch and aim to defeat your opponent quickly.

Ratchet: 5-60

Weight: 6.6g

• Design: 5-60 is a ratchet that has 5 sides and a low height, the contact areas for the ratchet are 5 somewhat wide points.

Strengths: 

• Stamina: Generally due to the shape and its OWD (outwards weight distribution) it can have greater stamina than other ratchets giving Beyblades more balance.

• Defense: Due to being 5 sided and thick, this ratchet has some of the best defense out of all the ratchets and only really is worse than 9 sides due to how 9 sides is exposed. 

• Low Height: It is one of the lowest height ratchets, making it a great use for attack combinations or other low height setups depending on context.

Bit: Gear Point

Weight: 2.3g

• Design: GearPoint is a Beyblade X bit with high burst resistance and a small semi-sphere on the bottom with extended gears in a cone shape. The bit is designed so that if it stands still, it has stamina, and if it tilts, it has attacked. 

Strengths:

• Decent Stamina: Being a gear variant of Point, it does share similar traits of stamina; while you won't get the same performance as the ball, you will have it where it is like better than regular Gear Flat and sometimes could be able to beat regular Point. The benefit of Gear Point comes done to the aggression with some stamina to help it in the end game.

• Good counter-movement: Since this is a bit like Point, you can use similar properties of use and have it be used for counter-movement to fight back against blades. 

• Xtreme Dash: If launched correctly, it can be used like a point gear ball to have a movement that can fight back against whatever Beyblade it is up against to KO them or Xtreme.

• Weaknesses:

• KO Risk: Due to shape not being something that can really grip the stadium, it can easily be KO'd, costing you big points.

• Mold Variation: There are two molds of Gear Point. The first one has the ball exposed a lot, so if you hard shoot, you will have stable stamina. The other has the balln't as exposed, so if you hard shoot, you will go aggressive right away. If you have the second mold, then you have a bad gear point since it won't function as well as the regular mold but is still usable. 

Gameplan:

• Somewhat tilted angle shoot and throw: To maximize the effectiveness of this Bit, you can employ a slight angle and throw the Beyblade on the opposing side from where you launch. This is to avoid knockouts and to conserve stamina. 

• Needs a STRONG shoot to be consistent.

Overall: Gear Point is too inconsistent but the most consistent out of the other gear bits that have been released. It is best used on blades that you would typically use point on as it balances out aggression with decent stamina. However it is the same as any other gear bit for waste of use being a welcome addition to any bladers collection but not too competitively desirable.
