PhoenixFeather
Blade: PhoenixFeather
Weight: 31.0g (LOW END) - 33.4g (HIGH END)
Design: Three-sided blade design with rough edges aggressive contact points.
It uses a variety of attack potential: It is capable of both upper attack (launching Beyblades into the air) and smash attack (sending Beyblades into pockets).
Attack VS Attack performance: PhoenixFeather feels like it hits harder than a mint-condition DranSword, delivering more powerful blows due to its sloped design. This means you can gamble for strong hits and attacks that happen between two attackers and have a decent chance.
Attack VS Defense/Stamina: It can also perform well against stamina and defence combinations as DranSword can use its aggressive recoil to deliver strong blows against opponents.
PhoenixFeather on Stamina/Defense: When used on stamina or defence combinations, PhoenixFeather does not have enough stamina or recoil control for anything other than attack.
Strengths:
Explosive Critical Hits: Strong, powerful hits; superior in this aspect to DranSword, especially when DranSword is worn.
Weaknesses:
Low Stamina: Fast and aggressive but has low stamina, depleting quickly over time.
Hollow: Since Feather was designed to be "fast" they more or less have this more hollowed than a regular DranSword due to where the plastic fills out. As such, this makes the stamina a lot worse and requires balance bottoms.
Negative Recoil: However, it is susceptible to recoil, leading to rapid stamina depletion or failure to KO the opponent when used for attack combinations.
Overall: Due to shape PhoenixFeather is a welcome addition due to its powerful attacks but needs balance tip bottoms to compensate for lack of stamina.
Gameplan: On setups with low height on any balance bit.
Combos:
Attack: PhoenixFeather 5-60/9-60/3-60 Taper/Point
Overall
PhoenixFeather is a welcome addition to any bladers collection but must be used on balance setups to compensate for strong attack with power stamina.
